  • 25 ml Olmeca Altos Blanco
  • 1 part White Sugar Cube
  • 2 dash Pernod Absinthe
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • part Top with Perrier Jouet Grand Brut
  • part Orange Twist

Notes

Method

Soak sugar cube with bitters and Absinthe. Cover with Tequila and top up with Champagne.
