Ingredients

  • 3 part Beefeater 24
  • 3 part Earl Grey Tea (Cold)
  • 2 part Mumm Champagne
  • 1 part Lillet Blanc
  • 1 part Antica Formula
  • 1 part Crème De Cassis
  • 1 part Lemon Juice
  • 1 part Gomme

Method

Use cold water infusion to ensure tannins are not over extracted when making the tea. Add all of the ingredients together in a large punch bowl with a large block of ice and gently stir.

Garnish with summer berries and citrus slices.
