  • 45 ml Havana Club 3yr
  • 15 ml Manzanilla Sherry
  • 10 ml Gomme
  • 3 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

A light and zesty summer alternative to the classic old fashioned, utilizing sherry to bring out the floral notes of Havana Club 3yr.

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Lemon Zest

Add gomme and bitters to mixing glass over cubed ice and stir to create base. Add 25ml of rum and stir for 20 seconds. Add all remaining liquor and stir again for 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over cubed ice.
