Ingredients

  • 50 ml Martell Blue Swift
  • 50 ml 1:1 Sugar syrup
  • 10 dash Orange Bitters
  • 30 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 3 Mint leaves
  • 2 dash Pernod Absinthe

Method

In a mixing glass, stir first 6 ingredients together with ice cubes and strain into chilled Absinthe rinsed rocks glass.
