  • 50 ml Plymouth Gin
  • 25 ml Jail Ale Syrup
  • part Egg Yolk
  • part Shake with ice, fine strain
  • 3 part drop of dark chocolate bitters
  • part Grated nutneg
  • part Sloe soaked raisins to garnish

Method

Jail Ale reduction: 500ml Jail Ale (any amber ale) reduce to 150ml, add 50ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry & 200ml caster sugar.
