Ingredients

  • 50 ml Havana Club 3yr
  • 25 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 2:1 Sugar syrup
  • Angostura Bitters

Method

Add all the ingredients (except the bitters) to the shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass, dash of angostura.
