Ingredients

  • 37.5 ml Altos Anejo
  • 15 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 20 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 5 ml Agave Syrup
  • 5 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • part Top with Soda Water

Notes

A balanced highball suited for a summer evening. The Anejo brings hints of fennel & licorice to pair with the pineapple.

Method

Shake & strain.

Garnish with a cherry on a skewer.
