Key Lime Pie


  • 50 ml Green Spot
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 7.5 ml Crème de Cacao
  • 1 part Egg White
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir the whiskey, cacao and lime juice and pour into a frozen Nick and Nora. Shake the egg white, sugar and Angostura in a tin with a small ice cube, until the ice cube melts. Float the eggwhite on top of the whiskey.
