Ingredients

  • 50 ml Monkey 47 Sloe
  • 15 ml Pink grapefruit liqueur
  • 60 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 5 ml Gomme

Method

Shake and strain into a high-ball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with an orange half- moon sprinkled with spices and demerara sugar - lightly caramelise with a chef’s torch.
