Ingredients

  • 50 ml Passion fruit infused Lillet Blanc
  • 5 ml Peach Liqueur
  • 5 ml Suze
  • 50 ml Royal Flush Kombucha

Method

Build the first 3 ingredients with cubed ice in a wine glass and stir. Top up with 50ml of Royal Flush Kombucha, garnish with
a slice of canteloupe melon.

Passion fruit infused Lillet Blanc: Infuse the flesh of 3 passion fruits in one bottle of Lillet blanc for 8 hours then strain with a coffee filter, store in the fridge.
