Ingredients

  • 35 ml Jameson Crested
  • 10 ml Manzanilla Sherry
  • 10 ml Apple syrup*
  • part Top with lemon & ginger Kombutcha

Method

Shake, fine strain and top or pre batch as a punch style drink, low ball with carved block of ice frozen ginger slice.

 

* To make this homemade, blitz apples:

Once you have both the juice and the pulp, mix them together. Measure out 400g (to fit a 500ml bottle) and add 600g sugar. 300g water. 65g Malic Acid. Stir until all is fully dissolved and bottle.
