Ingredients

  • 50 ml Plymouth Gin
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 4 part Raspberries
  • part Fever Tree Elderflower tonic
  • part Mint

Method

Muddle the raspberries and sugar syrup together in the bottom of a shaker.
Add Plymouth Gin and lemon juice, shake with ice. Fine strain into a high ball glass, fill with ice and top with elderflower tonic. Garnish with mint sprig and fresh raspberry.
