Ingredients

  • 50 ml Monkey 47
  • 20 ml Lime Juice
  • 10 ml Gomme
  • 10 ml Yuzu Cordial

Method

Build in glass over cracked/cubed ice, churn to combine. Float Yellow Chartreuese on top of drink.

Garnish with mint sprig, lime wedge, icing sugar.
