  • 25 ml Pear Liqueur (Merlet recommended)
  • 25 ml Mumm Cordon Rouge
  • 1 dash Bob's Lavender bitters

Garnish: Edible flower

Method: Stir Martell, pear liqueur and bitters with cubed ice. Strain into chilled glass and top up with Champagne
