Ingredients

  • 40 ml The Glenlivet 15 Year Old
  • 40 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 5 ml (teaspoon) Violet syrup
  • 10 ml (teaspoon) Simple syrup (1:1)
  • 2 dash Absinthe
  • 3 dash celery bitters (optional)

Method

Stir on ice, serve in a martini coupe, garnish with lemon discard and float a violet flower.
