  • 50 ml Martell VSSD
  • 5 ml Sugar syrup 1:1
  • 5 ml Pear Eau-de-vie
  • 3 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 part Lemon Zest
  • 5 ml Absinthe


Stir first 5 ingredients together and strain into chilled Absinthe rinsed Martell Sazerac glass.
