Our purpose: To share our team of extremely talented Brand Ambassadors with our customers, so their passion, knowledge and expertise can be best utilised.

Our mission: To deliver exceptional, tailored and flexible brand education and advocacy, ensuring our customers develop a thorough understanding and appreciation of our brands.

The BEAT's key objective is to deliver innovative and engaging cocktail workshops, advise on creating and executing dynamic events and assist with drinks creation, menu development and consultancy. In a nutshell we want to work with you, share insights and trends, invigorate, enthuse and help grow our magnificent community and more importantly we want to share our professional insight and experience to help you succeed in your business with the fantastic Pernod Ricard portfolio.

My career eventually took off when I got a job at Bramble, where the boys taught me so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without their inspiration and the motivation they instilled in me. I was soon lured by the bright lights of London, where I am now the Havana Club Brand Ambassador at PRUK.”

I moved to London in 2005 to improve my English and boost my career as an Intellectual Property lawyer. I soon realised that bartending was much more entertaining and began learning my ABC at the American Bar at The Connaught in Mayfair.
I then moved on to lead the bar team at Green & Red in Shoreditch. There I won many awards and built up a strong reputation among the Tequila Industry as well as within the European bar scene. In 2011 I moved on to work for Pernod-Ricard as their UK Ambassador for Olmeca Altos Tequila.
2015 sees me taking on an exciting new challenge within Pernod-Ricard UK. I will be leading the 300 year anniversary celebrations of Martell Cognac as their new Brand Ambassador, embodying the “Art de Vivre à la Française”.

Canadian born I moved to Australia for university and started bartending like many students do.  Learning in pubs, nightclubs, live music venues and eventually discovering the world of cocktails. Upon graduating and getting a degree in Interior Architecture, I quickly realized that the bar life had me hooked.  After 5 years in Australia, I moved on to Scotland, landing a job at Bramble.  The tequila love took me to London to start working with Cazadores tequila and bartending at Opium. After working with Dre Masso in London, I moved on to Indonesia to work with him & Potato Head developing their cocktail program.  Now back in London and very excited to be the new House of Tequila Ambassador for PRUK.

I started out in the industry as a barback in a cocktail bar in Austin, Texas. It was here I learned how to bartend. A few years later I moved to New Orleans and bartended there for 4 years before moving back to London where I was the Bar Manager of the famous/infamous AKA bar for seven years before becoming a Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard in Jan 2007. I first worked on the Stoli vodka brand before transferring over to Scotch Whisky a year later.

I have been fully immersed in the world of champagne for nearly twenty years, with experience spanning large European and African international customers through to boutique prestige on-trade customers in Square Mile, Kensington and Chelsea. One of my real areas of expertise has been working with hotel groups, developing marketing, promotional, ambassadorial and educational programmes across the whole portfolio. 

I'm really passionate about delivering great champagne education and love bringing the theatre of champagne serves to life alongside the compelling stories of the prestigious champagne houses of Perrier-Jouët and G.H. Mumm.

I started to work in bars and restaurants in my early teens, moving from kitchen, to waiting tables, to the bar. Eventually, I left my hometown and moved to Leeds for University. I needed to pay my way through two degrees, and as a result moved my focus to working full time (whilst studying!) in cocktail bars across the city (Namely Skippy’s and Smokestack). When I drew to the end of my masters, I got recommended by a friend to Tony Conigliaro (Drink Factory). I jumped at the chance, and moved down to London to go man the stick at both the Zetter Townhouse and 69 Colebrooke Row, which still to this day remain my favourite bars in London. That experience with Tony and the team was invaluable, and led me into the path of the job as Havana Club Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard!

Having worked in pubs and bars to get through college, I’ve been in the industry for 18 years. After studying Physiotherapy at University, I decided it wasn’t for me and pursued a career in the drinks industry, joining Pernod Ricard UK in 2002. Starting off as a Rep I progressed to the role of National Account Manager. I moved to Ireland in 2005 to start working for IDL, where I held many roles and gained a love for Irish Whiskey. In 2008 I returned to the On-trade in my role as the Spirits Ambassador. I achieved my General Certificate in Distilling. In 2014, I returned to London to work on a new project for Pernod Ricard setting up The Authentic Brand Company, educating the trade on our niche brands, specialising in Potstill and Single Malts.
